Orders are usually shipped out within 24-48 hours (except weekends and major US holidays). You will receive an e-mail from us notifying you that your order is on the way.
We use USPS for domestic shipments and USPS for international shipments. For domestic shipments, please allow 3-7 days for delivery. For international shipments, please allow 7-14 days for delivery.
We want you to be completely happy with your order. We will gladly make an exchange or give you a full refund for any items that you are not completely satisfied with. The item must be returned to us in unworn, perfect condition, in the original packaging and with all tags attached. Used merchandise cannot be returned.
Merchandise not on sale must be received by us within 7 days from receipt (as defined when our carrier delivers the merchandise to your address) for a full refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns after 7 days, up to 14 days from order receipt will be issued store credit
without exception. After 14 days, we will not accept any merchandise for return. Store credit is valid for one year from date of original purchase.
Items purchased on sale at 30% off or more are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Items purchased on sale at less than 30% off may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. These items must be received by us within 7 days of order receipt.

or call us at 410-653-KIDS for a RA#. When returning an item, please include a copy of your sales receipt. When returning merchandise, we strongly recommend that you insure your package and use a traceable shipping method as we can't offer credit for items that we don't receive.
